Return & Refund Policy

At Aerowac, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received an incorrect product
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Products that show signs of use, are damaged due to misuse, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the product you wish to return

  4. Scroll down and click on Return

  5. Follow the instructions to submit your request

You may also contact our support team with your Order ID and product details for assistance.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to eligibility.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without original packaging
• Clearance or special sale items, if specified
