Replacement Policy

At Aerowac, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement if:

• The product was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the order and click on Replacement

  4. Follow the instructions to submit your request

Alternatively, you may contact our support team with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and verify your request within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Replacement Process

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available
• After the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days
• If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be processed as per our Refund Policy

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be applicable if:

• The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The item has been used
• The product is returned without original packaging

5. Important Notes

• Replacement is subject to product availability
• Aerowac reserves the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet policy conditions
• Shipping charges, if applicable, may be charged in non-defective cases
